Last month’s Bargello Christmas Stocking was a beautiful piece. Thanks to Sandy Higgins for giving us some wonderful stitching suggestions, and thanks to Susan Fukayama for stitching the model.
Another year has zoomed by and I must say that I am grateful to have been the president for the past two years. As president I could not have asked for a more giving group of individuals. Your time, energy, and enthusiasm made it easy to be on the board. Thank you to all who served on the board and committees. You are the reason the chapter has done so well!
During our November meeting we will vote for board member positions. If you are not able to attend the meeting, please complete the ballot on page 5.
Our annual holiday party is discussed below. In order to help everyone attend this year, carpool signups will be available at our November meeting. Let us know if you need a ride!
For the New Year celebration we plan a full day of stitching and potluck on Monday, January 1, 2007, from noon until 5:00 p.m. Let’s start the year with a great day of stitching!

Be sure to turn in your volunteer service hours to Tamara Willis, our Regional Rep. These hours are vital in helping EGA maintain its non-profit status. Hours must be EGA-related (except Meals on Wheels). Thanks to everyone !!

- In January’s program, Karen Herndon will be presenting a Teresa Wentzler Whitework Ornament.
