Fair entry forms to the fair are due this Friday May 5th by 11:59 PM. The entry form can be printed and mailed to the Del Mar fairgrounds. Competition handbooks are available online only, the website is http://www.sdfair.com/entry

Entries must be delivered to the fairgrounds on Tuesday May 16th and Wednesday 17th from noon to 7 PM.

The Del Mar Fair theme is Where the West is Fun! The fair will open on Friday June 2nd at 4 PM and run through Tuesday July 4th. The theme this year is the Western Lifestyle and History including Hollywood Westerns & Cowboys.

We still have shifts open for demonstrating. There are 2 shifts per day 11am to 1:30pm and 1:30pm to 4pm on weekdays. Weekend shifts are 10am to 1pm and 1pm to 4 pm.

The fair will be closed on the first 4 Mondays June 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th and on the first 2 Tuesdays June 6th and 13th.

NEW THIS YEAR- Entry pick up will be on Friday July 7th from noon to 7 PM. Contact the fair office at 858-792-4207 x2458 regarding any entry questions.

The demonstration calendar will be at May meetings for signups.

Please bring your stitching to loan for the fair booth to the May 15th meeting. We need a variety of stitching techniques to show the public the exciting world of stitching.
